Book Cover
The brief was to create an original, handmade book cover that stands out on the shelf. The audience are people who are looking for a bestseller at the airport, or a quick read while buying a magazine but at the same time, looking for something entertaining. The design is a close-up photograph of an original art installation of water-absorbing, biodegradable beads, placed around a retro vase in a container, and animated with light. The book is about greed and the bubbles on the front represent the numerous characters in the story, competing with each other to be in the spotlight. Their image in society consumes them, taking precedence over who they really are and what they believe. The eye represents this vortex. Work: Concept, Layout, Photo, Editorial.
